Any event posted must be taking place within Chatham County and open to the general public.

The person submitting the calendar event must ensure information supplied is accurate and information is kept up to date

These calendar events will not be posted:
Members only events.
State or Nationwide fundraising initiatives.
Mere business advertisements.
Events promoting participation in illegal or offensive activities.

We are not liable for any loss or damaged caused as a result of an event not listing, delaying the listing, or removing the listing of an event from the event calendar.
All calendar listings are subject to editorial discretion. We reserve the right to reject any listing request and to remove any listing at anytime for any reason.
The community calendar is provided without any warranties or guarantees the service will be error free and without disruption.
All events should be approved and posted withing 24 to 48 hours of submital.
