Pittsboro publishes website for community engagement; releases budget survey

Pittsboro, NC – Earlier this week, the Town of Pittsboro published a new website detailing various opportunities for community members to engage with the Town. Our new Engagement website, found at pittsboronc.gov/engage, will be maintained and updated as various engagement opportunities become available. The Engagement website is the new permanent home of the Town’s PBO-101 Citizen’s Academy information and our Customer Service Feedback Form.

In addition to these opportunities, the Town is proud to announce the release of our 2024-2025 Community Budget Survey. The Town requests our community’s help determining our financial priorities as we move through our budget process over the coming months. The survey is designed to receive feedback as we draft a plan that best uses your, the taxpayer’s, dollars. The survey is accessed from the Engagement website and will be available until 5 pm on Thursday, February 29, 2024. We ask that our community help us share the survey to receive the highest number of responses.
