Pittsboro, NC- The Chatham County Board of Commissioners (BOC) will meet on Monday, May 17, 2021, at the Chatham County Agriculture and Conference Center, located at 1192 US 64 Business West, Pittsboro. The work session will begin at 3 p.m. The regular session will begin at 6 p.m.
Due to mass gathering restrictions seating will be limited. Masks will be required at all times while in the building. Residents may also participate in the meeting remotely by registering via GoToWebinar.

Public Comment on FY22 Budget
Residents are invited to provide comments on the proposed FY2021-22 County budget during a public hearing at the May 17 meeting at 6 p.m. There are various opportunities for the public to provide their feedback:
* In person at the Chatham County Agriculture and Conference Center, 1192 US 64 Business West, Pittsboro.
* In person at Wren Memorial Library, 500 North Second Avenue, Siler City. PLEASE NOTE – County Staff will only be at the library for the purpose of facilitating public comment during the budget public hearing. Staff will leave, and the library will close once the budget public hearing has concluded.
* Virtually by registering for the GoToWebinar.
All speakers should sign up to speak by filling out the online form for public input and hearings provided above. Residents will have three minutes to speak and are asked to submit comments in writing to the Clerk to the Board Lindsay K. Ray at lindsay.ray@chathamcountync.gov so that all comments can be included in the official record.
