Pittsboro, NC – The #14 seeded Northwood girls lacrosse team (14-3) will host #19 seeded Laney (11-6) on Tuesday at 6 p.m. in the first round of the the 2022 NCHSAA women’s lacrosse state playoffs.
During the away game against Carrboro on April 25, senior player Kendall LaBerge scored her 100th career goal. This is a record-breaking achievement in the short four-year existence of the team.
The North Carolina High School Athletic Association has finalized the brackets for the 2022 Men’s & Women’s Lacrosse State Playoffs. The First Round is scheduled to be held at the higher seed on or before Tuesday, May 3. Second Round contests are scheduled for May 6, Third Round on May 10, Fourth Round on May 13, and the Regional Finals on May 17th. The State Championships are slated for Friday & Saturday, May 20-21 at Koka Booth Stadium at WakeMed Soccer Park in Cary.
