Girls Lacrosse West: Northwest Guilford is ranked No. 1 for the first time in girls lacrosse since HighSchoolOT started doing West rankings. Perhaps most notably on the West side is that No. 13, Christ the King, is undefeated but won’t make the playoffs because it’s not part of a conference in the sport. T.C. Roberson, Asheville, and St. Stephens enter this week’s rankings.
