Becky Loflin receives Order of the Long Leaf Pine

Pittsboro, NC – On Saturday, April 15, Rep. Robert Reives joined Congresswoman Valerie Foushee to present the Order of the Long Leaf Pine to Becky Loflin. Becky is a pillar of the Chatham County community and spends hours of her time giving back to her neighbors and improving the place we all call home. Her service to Chatham County and the State of North Carolina is certainly deserving of this honor.

“Becky has been a friend and supporter of mine for years and I was overjoyed to see her receive this honor,” Rep. Robert Reives said. “She is in good company with many other North Carolinians who have given so much to make our communities better places.”

The Order of the Long Leaf Pine Society was established in 1963 and is the highest honor bestowed by North Carolina governors to citizens.
