Raleigh, NC – The NC State Wolfpack outpaced Louisiana Tech 34-27 to improve to 4-1 on the season. Wolpack quarterback Devin Leary completed 22 of 36 passes for 251 yards and 2 touchdowns. NC State running backs Ricky Person Jr. and Zonovan Knight rushed for 90 and 85 yards respectively and a touchdown each. Wolfpack CB Jakeen Harris intercepted a Louisiana Tech pass in the end zone as time expired to preserve the victory.
Louisiana Tech vs. NC State: The Wolfpack followed up their big win over Clemson with a 34-27 win over Louisiana Tech. NC State’s Jakeen Harris picked off a pass in the endzone with no time on the clock to clinch the win. The Wolfpack got good performances from both of their running backs. Ricky Person Jr. ran the ball 15 times for 90 yards and a touchdown, while Zonovan Knight ran it 13 times for 85 yards and a touchdown. Quarterback Devin Leary was 22-36 for 251 yards and two touchdowns throwing the ball. For Louisiana Tech, quarterback Austin Kendall threw for 341 yards and three touchdowns on 26-43 passing.
