Siler City, NC – The Chatham County Sheriff’s Office executed a search warrant at 1300 Oxford St, Siler City, on August 1, 2024, resulting in the arrest of Hugo Archila, a 39-year-old resident of the same address.
The operation was carried out at approximately 7:15 p.m., during which deputies discovered illegal controlled substances. As a result, Hugo Archila has been charged with one felony count of possession with intent to sell/deliver cocaine, one felony count of trafficking cocaine, one felony count of maintaining a vehicle/dwelling/place with a controlled substance, one felony count of possession of cocaine, and one misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia.
Mr. Archila has been placed in the Chatham County Detention Center under a secured bond of $180,000. He is scheduled to appear in Chatham County District Court in Pittsboro on August 26, 2024.
