Remote learning day for all Chatham County students on Friday, Jan. 8

Pittsboro, NC – Friday, January 8, will be a remote learning day for all students.

According to the National Weather Service, tomorrow’s forecast calls for accumulating snow for portions of central North Carolina, including Chatham County, late tonight through Friday evening. Hazardous driving conditions are expected through Saturday morning. We look forward to assessing our campuses once conditions allow, with the goal of returning to normal operations on Monday. 

Curbside meals provided by the district’s School Nutrition Department will be cancelled Jan. 8.
