Found it! Chatham Rabbit Hunt on April 10

Pittsboro, NC – Spring has sprung and the bunnies are hoppin’. Capture them (with your smart phone) and win!

On Saturday, April 10 from 10:30 am to 7 pm, Main Street Pittsboro will hide embellished rabbit statues on and around Hillsboro Street in downtown Pittsboro. Find and take a selfie with three of the five hidden bunny statues using your smartphone. (Leave them in place for others to find them.)

Show your selfies to the concierge at the Welcome Center at 37 Hillsboro St. The first 25 people to show off their selfies will win a $10 voucher to use at participating local businesses.

Every one who shows selfies will be entered into the raffle to win one of the rabbits adorned by local artists. To increase your odds, $5 raffle tickets are available for purchase at participating downtown businesses.

Found It! Chatham Rabbit Hunt coincides with the kick-off of Chatham County’s 250th birthday celebration called Founding Day. Founding Day also happens on Saturday, April 10, 2021, 2-5pm in downtown Pittsboro on Hanks Street. This drive-thru event will have multiple stations that focus on history and community, with opportunities for community members to share, learn, and engage. Participants can also look forward to a birthday party theme. There will be a goody bag, party hat, a pinata raffle, and a sweet treat for community members to take home.
