Cary, NC – Three Chatham County high school basketball coaches with teams playing for the basketball state championships on Saturday were among those gathered for the NCHSAA pre-championship press conference on Tuesday morning. The three are Matt Brown, coach of the 3A Northwood Chargers, Charles Byrd, coach of the 2A Seaforth Lady Hawks and Jeff Patterson, coach of the 1A Chatham Charter Lady Knights.
