Advisory Board Recommendation: On September 15, 2025 the Town of Pittsboro Planning Board unanimously approved a recommendation for the Phase 1 Preliminary Plat as presented.
Staff Recommendation: Staff recommends the Board of Commissioners APPROVE the subject Major Subdivision Preliminary Plat.
Suggested Motion: “a motion to recommend APPROVAL of the Major Subdivision Plat, including payment of fees in lieu of public recreation land dedication in the amount of $500,000 and provision of public recreation land dedication of 50.53 acres, as illustrated on the preliminary plat, to be paid and dedicated prior to Final Plat approval”
